Hotel Policies

The Pleasant Inn is a dog-friendly hotel. Please see our Pet Policy page for complete details when bringing you furry friends.

Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm – 8:00 am. There is a $150.00+tax fee charged if this policy is violated.

Pleasant Inn is a non-smoking property. This includes vaping (e-Cigarettes), cigarettes, cigars, etc. No smoking of any kind. There is a $250.00+tax fee charged if this policy is violated.

Key loss results in a fee charged of $25+tax.

Extra guests: any extra guests are an additional fee of $25+tax per night.

Candles: Open flame candles are prohibited.


Reservation Policies

  • Cancellations: Guests must cancel or modify their reservation at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date, or be charged the full reservation total.
  • Late Check-out is available upon request but is not guaranteed. There is a $50+tax fee after a one-hour grace period. After 1 pm, there will be an extra night charge.
  • Housekeeping service is available upon request:
  • Change of towels and trash taken out (every day)
  • Change of bedding, floor sweep and mop, and cleaning of all counter surfaces (on the 4th day)
    • There is a $100.00+tax fee charged for rooms that are left in an excessively dirty state.
    • There is a minimum $200.00+tax fee charged for rooms that are left in a damaged state.
